Camp John Hay

Camp John Hay is a former American military base that was converted into a resort and recreation area. It is located in Baguio City, the Summer Capital of the Philippines. It has a golf course, a picnic grove, a butterfly sanctuary, and a historical core. It also has hotels, restaurants, and shops.

Camp John Hay was established in 1903 as a rest and recreation facility for the American soldiers stationed in the Philippines. It was named after John Milton Hay, the US Secretary of State at that time. It was also the site of the signing of the Japanese surrender documents that ended World War II in the Philippines.
