The place is located in Barangay Nalvo Norte, Luna, a coastal town that is famous for its pebble beach and stone-picking industry. The place was founded by Dr. Edison Noble, a retired physician and art enthusiast who wanted to promote the local culture and talent of Luna. Some of the highlights are the giant stone hands that welcome the visitors at the entrance, the stone carvings of Philippine heroes and saints, the colorful murals of local scenes and landscapes, the stone furniture and fixtures that adorn the rooms and gardens, and the pebble mosaics that cover the walls and floors. The place also has a souvenir shop that sells stone crafts and other items made by the local artisans.
